Is my order confirmed?

When will my order be shipped?

We ship all the orders within 1-3 days. You will receive an email / SMS confirmation as soon as your order is shipped.

When will my order get delivered?

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. However, it usually takes 4-7 days after dispatch to deliver your order.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery on all order values. So feel free to order whatever you like & no extra charges would be levied for delivery.

How can I track my order?

As soon as the order is shipped, we send you an email & SMS with tracking no. & tracking link of our courier vendor.

You can also track your order by clicking on the Track Order option in my profile page. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our helpdesk immediately.
